"Angel was a friendly and professional person to work with. He was prompt with his replies, follow-ups, checked through-out the project, making sure everything was going ok, or if we had concerns. Also, it was OUR oversight that a gate was not included in the initial proposal, and when we spoke with Angel about this, realizing that he was doing what was agreed upon,however, he told us not to worry he would add the gate and no additional expense!!! The crew had to pull down the fence they had already put up, drop more posts in order to do this!! We really appreciated this and it's VERY rare for us to experience this kind of customer service."

We had a 100% positive experience with Cisco Fencing. Angel Cisco was the epitome of professional. All calls were promtly returned if not answered immediately. He was very engaged in the bid process - listening to our concerns and thoughts. Our fence design was a little atypical, but proved no problem for Cisco Fencing. All services were delivered on-time and as promised. Each crew (demo and install) that came out was prompt, courteous and communicative. They did an excellent job of cleaning up behind themselves, staying on schedule and working through some questionable weather. One of the reasons that we chose Cisco over a couple of other bids that were a little less expensive was the standard of quality and workmanship that was important to them. Cisco has a policy of setting posts on 6 foot centers rather than 8 foot, always uses cedar, includes a wolmanized base plate, etc. All in all a great experience! Melanie V. Dallas, TX
